1. Return Criteria

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

Timeframe: You must initiate the return request within 48 hours (or specify your preferred days) of receiving the product.

Condition: The product must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

Packaging: The product must be in its original packaging with all seals intact.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Valid Reasons for Return

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

You received a physically damaged product.

The product is defective or expired.

The product delivered does not match the order (wrong item/size/shade).

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or tested unless they were damaged upon arrival.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you:

Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

Timeframe: The refund may take 5-10 working days to process, depending on the payment provider's policies.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer support team immediately.
